Dr. Derin Rominger, MD

I was very disappointed with the care I received from Dr. Rominger's office. I was told they would do outside monitoring. I was already a patient of there's but was having outside monitoring. They were rude anytime I asked my records to be send again because office didn't receive them. They would complain say they sent. I would say I understand but they are saying they have not received them can you please send again. All I got was UGG and when they made mistakes sending empty files I never said anything. Every app the tech had a soar face again as to say you again and would ask how many more times did the think I would need. Here I am going fertility a hard enough thing and someone is making you feel like you are wasting their time . Then when I did say they were rude to the other office which is why they didn't call again to ask for records and would ask me. Instead of saying we're sorry they asked me to leave as a patient for calling them out. Dr. Rominger should be shamed.

I went to Dr. Rominger as a first time pregnant mom at 42yo with an IVF baby. He provided exceptional care throughout my pregnancy and delivery. My baby is healthy and thriving. I had a difficult postpartum recovery (unrelated to OBGYN care) yet he continued to check in on me and provide guidance. Most importantly, he was a source of kindness and compassion on difficult days. It is evident he has a heart for caring for others and providing excellent care for his patients. If you are nervous about choosing an OBGYN-rest assured you are in good hands with Dr. Rominger and his staff.

I have to say Dr. Rominger and his team have been absolutely incredible throughout my pregnancy thus far. Making sure I’m happy, healthy and comfortable throughout this scary time and with some scary health issues. I can’t express my gratitude for him.

Dr. Rominger and staff were so helpful to me during my first pregnancy! Even after my son stayed in the NICU for two weeks Rominger continued to check up on him and looked forward to receiving pictures and updates on the baby he helped save. The nurses continued to keep up with me too in regards to postpartum depression. What a wonderful office to be a patient at.

The care provided by Dr Rominger and nurses was fantastic, but had exceptionally RUDE service from the billing clerk, Carol (I believe was her name) - numerous sarcastic, unnecessary comments when asking her to explain the breakdown of pymnts etc... more than one instance where she was extremely unprofessional with her responses regarding what was covered and balance remaining ... Unfortunately I will no longer be visiting this office for no other reason than her :(
