Terrible
She put a hole in my neck! I'm going for my 3rd cervical surgery now thanks to her incompetence but this time he has to go through the BACK OF MY NECK! JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE IF YOU WANT THE ADVICE FROM SOMEONE WHO LEARNED THE HARD WAY.

My husband visited her traveling from Montana to Cleveland waste of time completely wrong diagnosis avoid this doctor my opinion of course

Made me feel even worse than before I went in. Rude, abrasive and arrogant. Would not listen to anything I had to say and made it clear she was not interested. It’s one thing not to have bedside manners but this was beyond.

Dr Benzil is fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and has a great bedside manner. Everyone on her team helped me make my spinal surgery a success. The day of surgery, I was extremely nervous and apprehensive about the procedure. She answered all of my questions and helped me feel at ease. I would highly recommend her and her practice

I was inpatient at Northern Westchester. She planned to perform an invasive outdated neurosurgical procedure rather than the current standard in the field which she never heard of. I went to hospital in NYC and had the minimally invasive procedure done with excellent results.

Dr. Benzel is quite personable. However, I am hesitant to recommend her. She told me I needed cervical disc surgery; fortunately I went for a second opinion and it was ruled out as inappropriate for my problem. In fact, it might have made the situation worse. Luckily the second neurosurgeon sent me to a neurologist who properly diagnosed the condition.
