Unfriendly and only seems to care about joking around with staff rather than taking care of patients. Does not seem to have the patient's best interest in mind. Seems to do the bare minimum. Does not explain logic or reasoning, or thoroughly explain conditions. Everything is rushed. The office is not managed well, and it shows. Many of the staff in his office do not genuinely care about providing the best healthcare experience for patients, but would rather do the bare minimum to get their jobs done. Very low standards, and I will no longer be dealing with the incompetency and carelessness.

Excellent Doctor who truly cares for his patients. He does take the time to talk to you during your visit. He gets to "know" you as a person. Truly treating a patient is not throwing drugs at them to fulfill the complaint; it is taking the time to know your patient and understand them and their possible underlying problems, ie: what makes them tick. This man saved my life not once, but 4 times over the years. He took the time and listened to what I was saying despite the fact that the stated symptoms initially did not add up. (Not to either of us.) When it comes down to it I know that Dr. Schueler always has my back. You don't get that kind of dedication with many doctors today.

Dr Schueler and the P.A.s are very friendly and great to work with, however trying to get in to see them is nearly impossible. I have only seen the Dr. on my initial visit to the practice. Every time since, has been with a PA (3 month wait if I want to see him). I had an allergic reaction and called because I was covered in hives and they told me it would be two weeks until I could be seen and to go to ER or urgent care if I was that bad. (which is what I had to do, so whats the point of having a Dr?) I've had trouble getting tests scheduled and just really frustrated with the follow up on care when the initial treatments/medications didn't work. I don't go to the doctor often, maybe once a year, so it would be nice to feel like I matter when I do need to see one, but Its impossible to feel like anything more than a number there.

We are leaving the practice after putting up with the office incompetence for 6 years. a Simple billing mistake on their part is now going on 7 months to correct. There have been NO proactive calls on their part to resolve or help me resolve the issue. In fact it is so hard to get through to a person that I have even driven to the office to seek assistance and even then the problem did not get resolved. I find it unbelievable that when one of my teenagers is 10 minutes late to an appt. they will charge them $25 dollars and ask them to reschedule yet they can not assist us in clearing up their billing error in 7 months! Do not frustrate yourself...find a different doctor. One that offers sound medical advise and a strong service oriented staff. (I'd give 0 stars if an option)

Dr. Schueler is a great doctor, but I don't like him enough to put up with his office staff. They are unreliable, slow, and sometimes rude. My family has gone to this office for at least 15 years now and they still mess up the primary phone number for our account. My children began going there when they were minors and now go as adults. Sometimes my or my husband's lab results will be given on a voice mail to one of our kids. I have had specialists request paper work from them and never receive it. When I need prescriptions, their office doesn't respond to pharmacy or insurance requests for prior approval or refills. They sometimes don't answer the phone during business hours so I have to physically go into the office to have questions answered. A few times I have done that and the door will be locked even though the posted sign says they should be open. Many times, I am not notified of results from tests that I or my children have had done and have to call to get the results.

Absolutely Awesome! Dr. Schueler took his time and listened to me. The staff was helpful and on the ball. They recognized my irregular heartbeat at my first visit. Came back did a EKG before the doctor even came in the room. I have never had so much attention at a doctors office.

Horrible. They constantly change staff which makes it difficult to develop any kind of relationship and makes you wonder how they run things in the office. They have messed up forms they are to fax to my work which caused me more time and energy to deal with. And if you are 5 minutes late to your appointment you have to reschedule. They are not flexible and difficult to get in for an appointment when needed.

Dr. Sch?ler, if and when, you can see him is good. It takes almost 3 months to see him. He now handles PA's who are not very good and his office staff has gotten more and more rude. Dr. Schueler needs to get back to practicing medicine and stop trying to grow a business by hiring cheap PA's.
