3x in less than 5 weeks, 1st RX refill calls in wrong type, not extended release and it was late. 2nd refill of different medication, I made sure 4x and heard "Adam we got this it will be on time" 48 hours late, had to call practice manager from Heartland to get involved for them to send it. Fired Dr Graham, today 10/01 as agreed with office in writing, verbal, from practice manager from Heartland regional I would have Rx until 10/11 called in. guess what, not called in on time, called administration tonight left voicemail, left them voicemails, on Google they have a 2.3 out of 5, probably will be lower soon...awful place, don't go here not reliable, don't care, if they don't call in your refill by noon on friday you are waiting until Monday guaranteed. Firing your own dr is pretty sad.

Be ready to diagnose yourself. I complained about a condition for over two years of office visits with Graham before coming up with a possible diagnosis myself to which he replied “yea, could be!” and proceeded to write a prescription, the wrong prescription, before rushing out of the office as per usual. He has also switched my medication for depression numerous times without speaking with me about my options, leaving me absolutely miserable for weeks at a time.

The nurse practitioner nearly killed my mother by overdosing her with blood pressure medication while in the office. She later passed out in public and had to be transported to the ER. Dr. Graham wasn't even in the office to supervise this NP. Dr. Graham also took my father off several of his meds causing him a rebound effect and multiple falls resulting in a broken wrist.

I really liked Dr Graham and he promised he would get my paperwork done. I saw him April 30th and paperwork needed to be done by May 7th and physical therapy referral. It’s May 16th and still waiting. I spoke with Kayla twice and have made calls weekly. I don’t know what else to do. I am a Casemanager and know it doesn’t take but a minute to sign a form and make a referral. I need a part time job as certified RN and would be glad to help on a part time position once per week for an 8 hour shift.

Had a 3:30 appt, they said to be there at 3 for paperwork. I had to pick my child up unexpectedly and was only a few minutes past 3, way before my 3:30 appt and they said my appt had been canceled. They were too busy for me to fill out my paperwork, even though I was there before appt time. No phone call, no sign in lobby about cancellation policy. I suggested they should tell their patients about this extremely strict policy, so they can reschedule if need be, rather then drive from out of town

I have never liked any of my previons doctors and for once in my life I have found a great doctor! The front desk team and staff there are all super kind and helpful and Dr. Graham doesn't BS around. He is professional, kind, listens to you and gets straight to the problem. Best doc in the Southern IL area hands down! Thank you.
