Very thorough. Very patient explaining my condition. I personally liked him.

I visited Dr Wong and he came in briefly 5-10 minutes telling me there was nothing anyone could do to treat me and told me to seek help at practices of rheumatology and neurology but documented to keep seeing. He did not perform a physical exam except to touch my knees briefly for reflexes. His physical exam documented things I did not say. I think he confused me with another patient. He complained about other patients and physicians.

Smart, kind, meticulous, great surgeon

Following a difficult 18months I decided to have surgery. My options were explained thoroughly and complicating factors were taken into consideration. A L4-L5 decompression was performed a month ago. I now sleep uninterrupted, roll over in bed without pain and walk upright a few miles every day. Such a joy. I know I have to be serious about physiotherapy in order to strengthen my back but this is now possible. Thank you Dr Wong. You and your team have been wonderful. I hope I won’t need additional surgery but if I do, I have complete confidence in you.

Left the appointment understanding my condition, knowing what treatments would help me receive the results I’m seeking, and knowing what to expect. The support of Dr Wong and his staff is unmatched. I know I’m receiving the best care possible.

Dr. Wong and his staff are the best. He explains things in a way you understand. He is not arrogant in any way, he's very patient, and I feel, he is the best of the best in his field.

I really liked Dr Wong and his PA. They spent time gathering information and getting to know my history in detail before suggesting anything. He's very conservative and won't suggest surgery if it's not completely warranted. He's knowledgeable and spends time explaining things to you. Don't expect to get comforted for consoled though, he's very technical and not sensitive. The office was clean, check in staff was nice, but the X-Ray was not so great. He was rude, hustled me in and out extremely quick, wouldn't answer my questions, and when I asked to get an X-ray in a sitting position (because that's when I have pain), he blew me off and said "we have what we need". The least he could have done was ask the doctor about my request. I was very put off by him.

was able to get into to see Dr Wong as a new pt quickly! Staff was very good and I loved the way Dr Wong was so eager to teach us about the back and spine! Made everything more clear! He made time to answer our questions and was very encouraging. Would highly recommend him to others!!

I was happy that Dr. Wong listened and took active steps to investigate the entire issue. He explained my issues to me and insured O understood. Very nice.

After delaying surgery for many years through PT and injections, it was necessary to move forward with surgery. As a long-term OR nurse, I knew of Dr. Wong's excellent reputation and skill as a surgeon. After my initial consult, I decided to proceed with surgery and do not regret the decision at all! It is amazing to get up every day and not experience the pain, numbness and tingling I had lived with for years. I highly recommend Dr. Wong and his staff. I have received excellent, compassionate and responsive care from each of his team members (Taryn and Haley) and am so grateful to all of them! Thank you all!
