I've been going to Dr. Smith for well over 10 years. Always listens closely to my health concerns and has steered me in the right direction for treatment when I had AFIB, prostate cancer, and minor stuff such as GERD.

My son needed a Primary Care Physician to follow up with after a emergency hospital admission. Our experience with Dr. Smith and his MA Vee was absolutely stellar from the beginning to the end of the appointment. I told Dr. Smith and his MA Vee that I was a Nurse Practioner only to let them know I understood the urgency to have follow care and PCP. Dr.Smith and his MA both are very knowledgeable. When Dr Smith came into the room he introduced himself. He and his MA were extremely attentive to us. They provided us with precise information using words we could understand, allowing us to ask questions. They without any doubt demonstrated caring Professioal Patient Care. We will recomend Dr. Smith and his MA Vee everyone we know searching for a PCP

My doctor in the practice retired and I made appt with Dr. Smith. I could not make the appt due to a flat tire on 400. I called and asked to be rescheduled. RUDE is the word that comes to mind with the staff. Dr. Smith REFUSED to me for the next appt with no further explanation. I am shocked at his lack of understanding. I couldn't help having a flat tire. My daughter offered to come to get me on 400, give me her car so I could see the doctor since I was very sick, and she would wait for the roadside assistance. I cannot believe Dr. Smith would be so uncooperative. Not to worry...this entire practice has lost my business and my respect.

I've been a patient of Dr. Smith for over 10 years, whether it's my yearly physical or an acute exacerbation, Dr. Smith is always able to meet my medical needs! His knowledge of chronic disease management as well as his ability to diagnose and manage acute problems, exceeds my expectations. He's thorough in his assessments and explains things in a way that I can understand. He wants my treatment plan something that I can agree to and follow so my health outcomes are best met.

Dr Smith is great, keeps his schedule running on time but you don't feel rushed. If you are sick they can usually get you in within max 48 hours. I've been going there for 20 years.

Great, friendly doctor. Waiting time is generally not bad, he is attentive to patients, and his nurse is especially so, making you feel like they care about you. Prescription refills aren't a hassle as well.

I am a registered nurse. This place made me feel awkward. The office staff never Smile. In fact no one ever makes eye contact with me except for Dr Smith. I had a "reaction" to a tetanus shot. My arm was very red and swollen and painful and after over a week went by I was finally put on an antibiotic. Dr Smith said they'd had another patient with the "same reaction recently." Med asst has very poor sterile technique and I suspect contamination likely that led to my INFECTED shot. # NewDoc4Me

I found that either Dr Smith or his assistant does not follow-up. Also there seems to be a lack of a sense of urgency.
