Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

I’m not sure who is to blame but I saw Dr. Reid in March and my bill was sent to collections in April. I did not receive notice by phone, mail or e-mail that I even had a bill. After speaking with the billing department, they said that the mail was “returned to sender”. How is that even possible when I’ve lived at the same address for over 20 years? The address on file was confirmed as my actual address and I haven’t had any issues receiving packages or mail from Rush in the past. All of a sudden, it’s being “returned to sender.” The letter was never sent. Please try fooling someone else.
