First, my previous review seems to have been up for a while, but then removed as I now check. I'll check back again. I agree with the others posts regarding terrible office staff. I had problems with falsified billing incidents---post dating and changing insurance claims and coding by the office after visits had been signed off on. Canceled appointments, rude staff behavior. More---but no need to go into again.

TERRIBLE office staff..... Rescheduled multiple times, they lost my new patient documentation TWICE. Now they want to charge me for a no-show appt. that I cancelled 4 days ahead of time. The letter they sent stating so had the wrong address and listed the appt. date after the date I cancelled. Ridiculous! If I missed an appt on 7/19, how could I have scheduled it on 7/22? This office is not worth the trouble. There’s too many options in our area to deal with a staff this incompetent.

As a Registered Nurse with 40+ years experience, I have very high expectations of my personal health care providers. Dr. Hogue and his staff not only meet those expectations, they exceed them!! I'm thrilled to have found him after moving to the area and would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Hogue was okay at first but then ran me out referral after referral after referral and it seemed that these places we're all the most expensive in my plan. After deciding to not go to one of them because I was still paying for a previous one. Dr. Hogue so kindly denied my blood pressure refill and then sent me a certified letter saying that he was sorry he no longer would like to be my doctor

He has been very thorough and spent the time to find out the medical problems my wife and I have which I appreciate very much. He has also been excellent about referring both of us to specialists. He is the most thorough doctor I have had in a very long time. I would recommend him without hesitation.

As a new patient of Dr Hogue, I was pleased with the first appointment ( friendly but professional, thorough, and on time). I was not sure how unscheduled problems would be handled since with my previous doctor it was impossible to get timely responses from his nurse. Problems had to be treated at emergency clinics. I called Dr Hogue's nurse at 8:45 with a problem, and within 2 minutes it was resolved. I realize it probably won't always be this fast, but at least I feel I can reach my doctor
