The doctor was excellent ! Based on the soreness and difficulty I was having walking, I was expecting the worst (invasive treatment). Had someone told me 5 days ago more proper exercise might fix this I'd have said they were off their rocker. The doctor explained the structure and dynamics of the knee and pros / cons of several next steps. I am very confident and pleased with the decision to go with PT for a few months then adjust the plan if it becomes necessary. I feel that I am receiving excellent care from someone who truly cares about my long term well being.
