Worst experience
I wish I could give ZERO stars. Where to begin? My partner was treated by this 'doctor' for a dislocated shoulder. Afterwards, she was covered in bruises and her hand, on the opposite arm, bruised, swollen and causing severe pain. Today, at our appointment to see what was done to her hand, he:1. Entered her room without knocking.2. Kept the door open while discussing her medical condition. I closed the door3. Kept interrupting constantly 4. Did not listen5. Took xrays uit did not offer to show or explain them. I had to insist6. Failed to offer ANY explanation what could have happened.I will be filing a complaint with the State Medical Board

Never had surgery before having both of my hips replaced. Thank you Dr. Nguyen for putting me at ease and making the experience as pleasant as possible. HE IS A TRUE HEALER.

Exceptional attention to my needs.
My first experience with Dr Doan Nguyen was an emergency visit and he fixed my broken wrists the very next day since it was late when my accident occurred. The next time I choose his services was for knee replacement surgery and with his recommendation of Physical Therapy in the home I am healing quickly and now after 7 weeks I feel confident to not use a walking cane for support outside the home. I am very happy with the attention to my needs the Doctor and his staff have given me that I would recommend them to my loved ones.

Great Experience
Everyone in the office is so kind and efficient. Dr. Nguyen is a fantastic surgeon. I hope I never need another surgery but I would trust him 100% in the future.

Never!
Worst dr ever. All 3 visits were rushed. Didn’t explain a thing to me. On last visit I took my MRI results and he just handed me the paper results and said “go to a spine Dr”. No explanation or interpretation of report. No conversation I asked what caused this? He said “Getting old” and walked out. Never ever will I recommend him!

We have been coming to Dr. Nguyen for over the past decade, you know the old saying never judge a book by its cover till you read it, you always have mixed feelings on his decision, but until you go through the whole entire healing process and therapy you will see he is a truly trusted doctor. Yes he is hard on you to make sure you are doing what you are told to do to make the healing process faster. No pain no gain! Their is no such thing as pain free healing, we are human with feelings.

I found Dr. Nguyen through my insurance company. His website says (among other things) that he treats hand issues. He could not diagnose the issue, but recommended a treatment plan anyway... I asked him again, what we were treating and he said he didn't know, but that I should go and see another doctor because he just didn't know what was wrong, stating he wasn't a hand dr. He was RUDE,dismissive and couldn't have cared less that I had almost zero use of my right hand without excruciating pain.

Dr. Nguyen Doan is not professional and has no patience to explain the symptoms or causes of the pain issue to patients. During my 2 times visiting his office for a back pain treatment, I was very disappointed with the way he treated my pain. I would not recommend this doctor.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The doc is extremely unprofessional, brushes off all your concerns with extremely rude and condescending manner and has has very nasty attitude. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. He shows zero care and empathy and he cuts you off as you speak. He won't let you finish speaking. He doesn't listen nor provide any explaination. I asked which bones were broken and he says x-ray image is so bad that he can't tell! Unbelievable response from a doc!
