Dr. Crawford replaced both my hips this spring, and the experience was incredible! I went home with a walker the same morning both times! His innovative procedures had me waking without assistance and pain free within 3 weeks. Everyone on his team is very nice and knowledgeable, and they all work together to provide excellent service. In particular, his physical therapy group was fantastic. And he uses an app that gives lots of information and allows communication and questions to save in-person appointments. Dr Crawford also performed a knee surgery for my MIL that she had been told could not be done, and she also had a great experience. I absolutely recommend Dr Crawford and his office.

Dr Crawford replaced my left hip two years ago. I was up and walking same day, never any issues or problems after the fact. He is efficient, courteous, and followed up with me. I am about to get my right hip done. I would not choose any other surgeon.

My experience with Dr. Crawford was awesome. His staff followed up with me periodically to check my status and see if I had any questions. He provided me with exercises to keep improving. I experienced minimal pain the first week, then none after that. A great experience from the great facilities to first class personnel.

Dr Crawford did total hip replacements on both of my hips.Dr Crawford and his team are wonderful. They keep you informed every step of the way and are very friendly.

Dr. Crawford and his team are wonderful. I had a partial knee replacement and am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Crawford if you are experiencing knee pain and are considering surgical replacement.

Dr. Crawford and his team performed a BHR - Birmingham Hip Resurface - on me. He and his team were very accommodating to my schedule. The pre-op visit was very well organized and scheduled.The day of op went smoothly and on time. Post op recovery and support was excellent. I had a few post op concerns which were addressed within minutes of me sending a text. Computer literacy helps if you will use Dr. Crawford. Much of the pre- and post- op Instructions and support is managed via computer or phone. The few times I called, I found response time longer than if I’d used a device. Most importantly, the surgery was a success. Pain gone, recovery as expected, no complications.

Prior to hip replacement I had the worst pain, i was in tears. Now I don't. Thank you for your expertise, Dr. Crawford!

The pain in the hip joint was gone day one. Recovery took about 3 months but went very well. I am very satisfied with the results of this procedure.

I came in for a hip evaluation- Doctor Crawford gave excellent advice and after being highly recommended by my orthopedic doctor I can see why - He gave firm handshake and looked me straight in the eye explaining procedures and worries that I had - Impressed and comfortable when I left

Came to receive a 2nd opinion. JIS did a more thorough X-ray panel than first facility. First facility's doctor recommended total knee replacement. Based on X-rays done at JIS, Dr. Crawford said he would do partial knee replacement, which will mean shorter recovery time. Staff was very professional
