Start with front office, they are so nice and friendly. Nursing staff sweet, efficient and friendly. Dr Chang is professional and has given me excellent advice on all of my health issues not just my kidney issue. HIGHLY recommed

Every time I go to my appt Dr. Chang and his staff are there to help me , either I have a question or something else came up. Dr. Chang cares for all his patient and he explains everything about my health . He will always comes up with a solution to my situation if I encounter any issues. He is dedicated and I’m. Eye happy with the are that I’m getting from them .

First of all, you are promptly greeting and seen immediately. The office is nice and clean. Staff is cordial. After your vitals are taken, the doctor comes in right away. No the care that this doctor gives is unparalleled. I was at stage five kidney failure with a creatinine level over 4 and function of 12 in the hospital. When I was seen by him, he did not put me on dialysis like most doctors would do. He created a plan for me. Now my function is over 50% and creatinine of 1.1. When any doctor tries to put me any meds, they have to clear it with him. I learned that the hard way after a former primary doctor put me on meds he had taken me off that landed me back in the hospital. He immediately asked if I had was back on that med. He said other people may be able to take it, but you can’t. When you call the office, he actually calls you back.
