Front desk was friendly, but over an hour in the waiting room is not okay.

Calm, very pleasant, takes time with you and does not seem like he is trying to hurry to get to the next patient. Listens to what you have to say and clearly responds in a way that you understand. Staff are extremely nice and pleasant.

3 of my 5 visits to this doctor have been cancelled last miniute and when you go to rescedule they try to book you another 5 to 6 weeks out. The last visit I showed up to my sceduled appt and they sent me home and told me he would call me after 3pm. The call never came. When I called the office they said the only thing they can do is book me 6 weeks from now. I have been trying for 3 months to get in and get my MRI results because his staff said he does not give results over the phone but he does not keep his appts. This is the wrong doctor to choose if you have medical needs and want to be treated proffesionally. They are so rude to you and wont care if you decide to leave so they can charge you for your own $25.00 medical records to seek better medical care. Im doing so because I truelly need medical care that they are unable/willing to provide. Its a shakedown that is on par with this doctors professionalism.

He was very helpful with my situation. Lost and don’t know what to expect. Dr. Suheil on my 1st visit took time to talk and explain my issue. I Thank God for blessing me with Dr. Suheil. The Staff are Awesome!!! Thank you Dr. Suheil Patel & Staff.

I scheduled an in office appointment with Dr. Patel for 8/4/2021. I called the day before to make sure my labs had been sent to his office. The woman at the office said my appointment had been changed to a telehealth visit. On 8/4/2021, I called to ask how I would log in to the telehealth visit and was told Dr. Patel would call me. No call was ever received at the appointment time or any other time, whatsoever.

Takes the time to understand his patients and is clear in explaining his recommendations.

Dr. Patel and his staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Patel spends time explaining and answers all questions. Great doctor!

Was to be new patient, but after 4 days & countless messages, never got a response from his office staff. His answering service intercepts ALL calls, & even when they marked a call back to me as 'URGENT', I still NEVER got a single callback. He is the only Nephrologist in the high desert, I was told, so go elsewhere,....as he doesn't care,...likely has more patients than he can handle, & cares nothing about anyone new!!

Worst bedside manner ever. Told me I was obese at 160, then proceeded to miss multiple appointments with no call :( Very Very Unprofessional & rude, NEVER will I go back
