Dr. David Adams, MD

Both my wife and I have seen him for over a year and does not seem to care in the slightest about my wife's medical issues or abnormal blood test results for me. Had to fight tooth and nail to get more tests run. Definitely going to be changing PC.

Dr. Adams has been a great physician and even helped get me through a family crisis I had recently. He listened with care and concern and offered valuable advice and suggestions on how I could deal with the events happening in my life. I will always be so grateful for his help in seeing me through this troubling time.

I’m a younger (20F) patient of Dr. Adams. He is the most condescending, non helpful doctor I have encountered. I went for a check up and if I suggested something was bothering me he acted like I was stupid, delusional, and crazy. He also was asking me when I was going to get a “real” job since the one I have (bartending) isn’t as impressive as he was hoping for. He asked when I was going to end my happy and healthy relationship because I needed to live on my own but also not live on my own because that’s “a waste (of money) too”. All of these things that do not pertain to my check up. I have chiari malformation and instead of telling me he was uneducated on the topic he told me to “stretch” and implied I was lying or being dramatic. To say the LEAST, he is condescending and rude and I will not be going back or recommending anyone to step foot into that office. It’s almost ruined Galen Medical as a whole for me.

Minimal wait time. Spent more time listening and addressing concerns than most physicians do these days. Would recommend.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. Seemed disgusted he had taken me as a new patient and asked who referred me. When I gave him the referring physician’s name, he said he didn’t know him nor why he would’ve said to see him. It was embarrassing for me. I apologized and said I’d see someone else but he didn’t want to discuss it any further. Was bummed bc he did seem like he knew what he was doing. Though it took his office a few days on labs , they were followed up when I called .

As far as I’m concerned, Dr. David Adams is and always will be my only trusted doctor. I know he’s moved away and I’m devastated. But I understand. His kindness, compassion and knowledge will be sorely missed here.

Dr. David Adams is the absolute smartest doctor I've ever been to. He listens. He's patient. He's also honest. I've had the best care since I found him. I can't begin to express how refreshing it is to have a doc willing to listen. When I went to see Dr. Adams the 1st time, I vowed to be completely honest. I have been. Only way he can help is if he knows everything you can tell him.

Great primary care doctor listened to problem I was having correctly diagnosed and began appropriate treatment it has been one year with various doctors and referrals and Dr Adams recognized the problem within 5 minutes

I don't plan on returning. Doesn't care to listen to what you have to say or why you are there.

Wonderful, very helpful, full of information and actually listened to my health issues.
