One of the worst ever, Dr. Office, please find someone else. A friend and a current patient recommended me toward Dr. Kapadia's practice, but I found this practice to be a victim of its success and have developed a narcissistic and privileged attitude. I tried to get an appointment and took a few months of back and forth with the front office. It's very inefficient and rude. I was asked to fill out a new patient form when I called the first time and was told that the appointment would be scheduled later with a potential available date after a month. I called again to follow up and was informed that I would get a callback, but no follow-up after another month. I called again after a month, and the office was rude and got into an argument and didn't accept any responsibility. Please find a humble Dr and staff who would take pride in providing care and is not gloating with a righteous attitude

Dr. Kapadia is knowledgeable and thorough with his patients. As a new patient this year, I have not felt rushed at any of my visits, and I always leave the office knowing what to expect next. The office is small and the staff all make you feel valued and appreciated. Healthcare can be such a fast-paced setting, and I love that Dr. Kapadia took his time getting to know me and creating an individualized plan of care for my needs.

Dr. Kapadia is old school in a good way. I have been seeing him for over 15 yrs. he dropped my insurance company years ago (they were terrible) and I still see him he is worth the money. If you need a internist that will take the time to look at the whole picture and put a plan in place to manage your chronic or multi chronic conditions he is the right choice. If your looking for a one time visit for a quick fix not your guy.
