I seriously can't believe how horrible the staff is, they took 20 days to turn in paperwork then lied about it! They blamed the hospital and insurance, I already talked to the insurance company, it was definitely staff at this office! Then when I called the person on the other end was laughing and making fun of me while lieing to me. Go anywhere else!

GREAT OTOLARYNGOLOGIST!! Dr Danny Kewson taught me how to say that. In my 60s I finally decided to take care of getting rid of my nasal polyps and also a deviated septum. It's been almost 4 months since I had those surgeries. It was a seamless procedure and I am very happy with the outcome. I was not only impressed with Dr Kewson’s expertise but I was even most impressed with his great personality/demeanor. My first appointment I didn’t get seen by him until about an hour after my scheduled time. When he walked in the room I was pretty perturbed and reminded him that I had been waiting for a long time. He looked at me and broke the ice by saying something about that’s because he is good. That immediately calmed me down and he was right … he is good. He took a lot of time listening to my needs and concerns and telling me a story or so. I remember thinking to myself, that’s why he ran behind. i am a patient of Tania, the Nurse Praticioner and I am very please with her. She recently order two cat scans for me which I had done. I was asked to call after the tests for a follow up appointment When I called Missy answered and after I had waited a considerable amount of time, she came on and asked me to hold longer so I hung up. I called again a day later and the same thing happened and she had an attitude. She treated me like no patient should be treated. I asked to talk to someone else but she refused. I will not come for my follow up. I will go to my primary Dr and have her explain my tests results

Dr. Kewson and his staff are absolute professionals and a joy to deal with. They will always be my only choice when it comes to the health of my Ears, Nose, and Throat. I was having breathing issues and in need of surgery. Dr. Kewson did my septoplasty about 3 weeks ago, he had my safety in mind first and foremost. My recovery has been going really well, my appointments were all on time, the staff are great and accommodating, and most of all my breathing has improved tremendously! Dr Kewson did what two St Joes pulmonary specialists failed at. He not only found the tracial stricture. He removed it under very hard circumstaces.. My life changed from not being able to do any kind of excersise go up stairs or rune.Know I can do everything . NO inhailers No steroids etc. Thanks Dr. Kewson you changed my life!
