Surgery and Post Operation Appointment
Expertise very knowledgeable, thoroughly removed gauges etc. , listened to my concerns and answered my questions, cares about me as his patient, action Items were specialized to my needs and clear. My situation was very complex but he met the task intelligently and professionally. He is quality driven.

Too rushed, didn’t explain procedure
Dr. Amjad was very rushed with all our appointments, never stopping to ask if we had any questions at the end. He jumps into documenting his notes with a voice recorder without any warning which is rude. A warning would be nice. Only explained side effects of ear procedure after doing the procedure which seemed unprofessional and again, rushed. Appears to not read patient’s prior medical history before treating.

I received septoplasty and turbinate reduction on March 31st, 2017 from Dr Amjad. My entire experience from start to finish with him, his colleagues (Drs. Naumann and Stern), the residents and office staff was absolutely top notch! Especially Lori (sp), who helped me get my surgery approved by my insurance. Wait time was pretty long but I didn't mind because the care was exceptional. I am 37 and am able to breath through my nose for the first time in my life! I highly recommend their facility!
