Dr. Daniela Kassabov, MD

Dr. Kassabov is our favorite Medical provider. She is always friendly, thoughtful, and puts our concerns first. I can not speak more highly of her. The staff is always helpful and my experience with other medical professionals in this office has always been above my level of standards.

The front office staff could use customer service training. I was waiting for test results from an echo I had done on my heart and was told it would be about a week for the results. I had not heard anything after a week and a half and decided to call the office. Speaking with a lady who answered the phone, she informed me that I would only receive a call if something were found. I relayed that this was not what was conveyed to me at the time of my test. To which her response was, "Well, it was normal." Perturbed by her unprofessionalism, I asked if I could have a copy of the test results to view for myself. Keeping with her poor customer service trend, she replied, "Sure, come pick it up in the office." Before I said anything I was going to regret, I thanked her and ended the call. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I have received such poor customer service from the front office staff.

Dr. Kassabov has been my physician from day one when she came to the office in Lakewood Ranch. She is great but you better be healthy because you might get to see her once a year. The office stall always says she is booked up and I must see Wesley Hardin Physician Assistant who I don’t care for. I will be looking for another Dr. now.

Dr Kassabov is a patient, informed, friendly, all-around-wonderful physician. I highly recommend her and have never felt that she was being dismissive or rushed with me. I recommend her to my friends and family. Everyone at this practice is terrific, frankly. Still, if Dr Kassabov left, I would follow her, even if it necessitated a very long drive. She is a truly excellent physician.

Have been seeing this Dr. for the last 6 yrs. She is very personable and thorough. She listens to issues and responds to them. She's always taken her time to go over every test result with me. My husband goes here also and is very pleased with his care.

She recommended a simple inexpensive heart test for everyone in my family. "I had my parents do it too" she explained. I did it and it saved my life. My heart was getting only 20% blood. Not only did it save my life but it kept me from getting damage to my heart. Dr K is wonderful. She makes you a partner in your care. I highly recommend her! She's amazing as is all of her staff. I'll never change.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kassabov's for over four years and have been extremely pleased with the care I've received. She genuinely cares about my health and well being and spends time going over test results, not hesitating to make suggestions and referrals. I feel very comfortable with her expertise and compassion for her patients. My teenage daughter is also a patient and she has been amazing with her- leaving no stone unturned when it comes to providing assessment and medical care.

Dr. Kassabov is the 1st doctor I've had that has been an ACTIVE partner in my health care. She doesn't just write out a prescription, she helps find the underlying issues & works a realistic plan to improve my life. She's innovative, current & not afraid to look at alternative research. I am in the BEST hands with her & her assistant, Heather. It is rare to find such caring doctors who don't push you out in 10 mins. If the wait is a little longer sometimes, believe me, IT IS WORTH IT. #grateful

She is very personable and compassionate and she really listens to you. I've never felt that I was a quota and she was trying to get in and out in 3 minutes or less. I've been a patient of hers now for 4 years and just find her to be very proactive about my health. I came into this office with some persistent and chronic health issues. Under her care I've been generally healthier and feeling the best I have in over 10 years.

After every visit with Dr. Kassabov I leave feeling like all of my concerns have been thoroughly listened to and addressed. Every single time I hear of someone looking for a new MD, I always recommend her. Her assistant, Heather, on the other hand, leaves me feeling rushed, barely acknowledged and is slow to return calls in a timely manner.

Dr. Kassabov has a great bedside manner. I always leave feeling fortunate to have her as my doctor. She's knowledgeable & listens! She's excellent!

She spends time explaining test results and any other questions and is compassionate.

Dr. Kassabov is wonderful!!! ----- if you can get in to see her. She is my regular doctor and when I have my regular visit, it's great. But --- if I have something wrong in between, the only person you can see is her PA and I really don't like him.

Very attentive to all our concerns...listens patiently...very concerned about our welfare.

Very people oriented, done homework to discuss issues, follow thru' previous visit & expectation

After moving from Ohio to Florida almost 3 years ago, I was worried about finding a doctor as great as our previous one. My son was delivered by our previous doctor and she knew our history. I was so happy to find Dr. Kassabov. She has made this transition very easy. We feel like we have known her for many many years. She cares about our health and doesn't rush our appointments, even when she is behind.

Very thorough and patient and does not rush.

Dr Kassabov and all the staff are extremely attentive. I never feel rushed, even when it's a last minute sick visit, and feel they have genuine interest in my well-being in whole.

Dr. Kassabov spends the as much time with you as needed and does not rush through the appointment.
