I was pleasantly surprised on how much time Dr. Lorenzana, took to help me understand, what he was seeing in my X-rays and the options I had to correct the problem. Today most doctors don’t take the time to help the patient clearly understand the diagnosis and options they have to fix it. It was such a relief walking out of the office knowing he took the time to explain it to me until I completely understood the direction that we can go to get a positive outcome.

Dr. Lorenzana is highly skilled, medically and interpersonally. He acknowledged my wait time (it really wasn't that long) and he connected with me as a person. He provided clear explanations of my condition and what I should expect during and after treatment. He was attentive to my verbal and non-verbal communication. He expressed empathy, checked in for my understanding and buy in, and he elicited (and answered) my questions. He respected my intelligence and my experience. He validated my reluctance to take certain medications. I felt informed about my condition, understood by my provider, and confident that I was receiving a high standard of care. And he did all of this very quickly. The staff was also great. I highly recommend Dr. Lorenzana!

I think one of the biggest things that stood out was his decent bedside manner in making you feel at ease. The staff as well was excellent. They were able to get me scheduled right away as a new patient and in surgery 4 days later. They called the day b4 the surgery, the morning after. I felt comfortable leaving and am having an easy recovery.

In selecting Dr. Lorenzana he was very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and caring. My mother after a fall needed a total shoulder replacement and he performed a successful reverse arthroplasty. During follow-up visits the office environment has been welcoming, his staff is excellent and a joy to work with, while Dr. Lorenzana's demonstration of his expert skills has been a constant. Based upon our experience he has gone beyond to asssure quality medical services are met.

Dr Lorenzana replaced my shoulder just a few days past Christmas. If it weren’t for the surgical scar, I wouldn’t believe it was replaced. It was that painless!
