Dr. Lewis was referred by a friend, I took my elderly mother to see him. I was very impressed. I recently saw him myself for a hand issue. He is is warm, friendly, easy to talk to. He listens and takes as much time as needed to discuss your problem and options. I will refer him to any one needing a hand specialist.

Dr Lewis took time to explain my diagnosis in a manner in which I could understand. He was kind and efficient. He got me taken care of straightaway but I didn’t feel rushed.

Had wrist break that needed plate and screws. Dr. Lewis was incredible in explaining what needed to be done and how he would do it. He also thoroughly explained the recovery process and timeframe. He monitored the PT process and gave feedback to my provider. Now I need arthritis surgery and he was NOT rushing me to do it, but wanted me to be ready for it. Dr. Lewis again thoroughly explained the procedure and recovery. He is sometimes in surgery but his medical assistants are superior and will go out of their way to insure all questions are answered. I highly recommend Dr. Lewis and his team for any Ortho needs for hand, wrist and digits!

Not rushed

My most recent visit was to follow up on a process that culminated in surgery to excise a stubborn, dangerous infection. Every step was carefully explained and then flawlessly executed. There was very little pain and follow up was thorough. In the future should I require hand surgery, I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Lewis and would call on him and his staff again.

Took about 3 weeks to get appt. Easy parking and minimal wait. MD friendly and patiently explained options for addressing the issues with my hands. Recommended I think them over before my followup visit.
