Dr. Daniel Files, DO

I have a thyroid condition and have a specialist that I have been seeing for years. When my insurance changed I needed a sign off from my primary care doctor who was Dr. Files at the time. Dr. Files refused to sign off and allow me to continue with my specialist saying 'we can do that here'. That was the last straw as I did not feel he was particularly helpful and was always rushing appointments.

After enduring years of subpar service, I've left Bucks Family Medicine due to abundant reasons. The consistent letdowns and poor care reached a tipping point. Over time, despite various health issues, they never referred me to specialists, instead opting for frequent appointments. Rarely did I see the same provider twice.Notably, Mike, a practitioner, added condescension to the dismal experience. Telehealth was excessively used, but when I mentioned an unresolved issue and a different medication, they insisted on in-person visits. And during a gap in my insurance coverage, the receptionist was ready to deny me care due to potential costs during illness. I should've left sooner. Compared to my new doctor, the contrast is striking. My new healthcare provider genuinely cares. The old practice left disappointment, inadequate care, and no empathy. I'm relieved to find a partner who values my health.
