Dr. Daniel Emina, MD

I was a patient of Dr. Emina's for over 7 years. He was a beacon of light who really went the extra mile. But as time went on, the light became dimmer. As we were about to approach the finish line, he did not communicate openly when it was hard to do so, became passive-aggressive and truly embodied the shadow. He backed out on what he agreed to, iced me out and left me without help.

I first saw Dr. Daniel Emina as part of a complete workup for the Amen Clinic in a Bay Area office (he's since moved to Costa Mesa). I've been doing 30-minute telehealth visits with him every 6 months for many years. During those visits he employs an integrative approach, we review my mood, cognition, energy level, sleep, diet and health otherwise. We do bloodwork annually and tweak medical interventions appropriately. He respects where his expertise leaves off and recommends seeing specialists as necessary. He is caring and fully present. By far the best medical practitioner I've seen in my 50+ years. Totally loyal to him!
