Saw me a few minutes early. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He asked and answered questions succinctly. Great experience.

Experience was great Outcome very different. I had a stricture removed to relieve an extremely painful condition. 6 months after, the surgery was a 95 % failure with little to no relief. Ron Holton Burleson texas

Many problems getting answers and adequate explanations from him and especially his nurse. Never asked for follow-up on treatment's effectiveness before attempting to try a separate, unnecessary treatment. I have been waiting for over a week for a response to a question about medication changes - online, in person, and over the phone. These are very important things that I expect doctors and nurses to take seriously.

My doctor referred me to Dr. Benson...I don't even feel comfortable calling him a Doctor! I have been suffering with severe pain so I visited my family Doctor June 18,2018 and was informed it was possible Kidney Stones. So I call set up the appointment and inform them I have no health insurance and would be paying cash. Dr.Benson enters the room with his smug non compassionate self ! He never even examined me said go have CT Scan and come back. Guess if I had insurance I would have been treated
