Excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable and took care of my problem and gave good advise on how to prevent problems in the future. Best podiatrist I've ever been to, and very efficient office. I was seen right away, the staff was very nice. Highly recommended.

Six months prior to seeing Dr Banks, another Podiatrist could not diagnose my foot pain after x-rays & an MRI. My foot pain grew increasingly worse. I scheduled an appointment with Dr Banks who not only diagnosed my problem immediately, but acted quickly to treat the problem. He even returned an 8:00pm call to answer concerns I was having, gave me advice, then called back an hour later to see how I was doing. Within three weeks after treatment, my feet were pain-free. I am so grateful to him and would recommend him to family & friends with complete confidence.

I had a telehealth visit with Dr. Bank. He was very concerned and helpful and gave me great advice.

I do not like doctors, especially those that don’t bother to look at you in the eye when explaining any needed procedure. I found Dr. Bank caring and does not hesitate to go beyond with any concerns you might have. As for his staff, they were very accommodating and got me an appointment right away.

Staff are NOT true professionals. Was told to arrive at my appointment 15 min early, which I did and the office was closed. They did not arrive until after my appointment time. No apology. They told me and my insurance on a recorded line that they are in network, which they're not. Had to pay in full instead of copay. Gave runaround and avoided calls. BE CAREFUL with this one!!!
