Dr. Prokupek had been treating me for my depression, mental health and ADHD since 2004. His NP changed my dosage on my meds on my last visit and then when his chief nurse gave away my other meds for a different treatment that was waiting for me while he was gone, I complained about the nurse’s actions. Because she runs the office now, rather than him check with me first and talk to me, ensure that my behavior may not be related to this change in dosage, he flippantly fires off a letter saying he's ending my care after *18yrs*. Who changes a Zoloft dosage then fires the patient for a staff complaint not considering that factor first? It is beyond irresponsible. More so, I feel like my trust has been broken in such a way that I had to leave this review, everywhere. Decide on your own to see him or not. But this is what happened to me and I'm devastated and looking for a new doctor after 18 years. I feel betrayed. Success has changed this man. Ten years ago, this never would’ve happened.

My Hubby and I have been with Dr. P. for about 10 yrs. He and his NP Jeanne Hershey Webber found my hubby was extremely sick and they are the only people I entrust myself or family to seen by. They pray for my hubby's recovery just as I do. The whole office actually really cares about us personally and are always there in hard times. Thanks to all of you. I don't know what I would do without you. The best Internist and G.I. Doc we have ever been to. Thank you all for your professionalism, incredible smarts and caring. we love you

So Dr Prokupek's sounded really nice but I left his office feeling very unsatisfied. So he was taking my stool sample so he inserted something in my anus. I felt a pain and I thought its probably normal. After I went home and pooped I could totally feel a tingling sensation like a cut on my rectum. It was not there before the doctors visit so I lost faith in the doctor. If they can't even take my poop sample properly without injuring me how could I trust him to perform a surgery one me.

Dr. Prokupek and Jeannie Webber are both excellent with their patients. Dr. Webber takes care of my mother, and has always been very responsive and given her excellent care.

I've been going to "DocProk" as I call him since 2001. And with very good reason. It's a long drive but he - and assistant Doctor Jeanne - are assiduous in their determination to resolve not only medical issues but also questions that simply arise. They are very busy - and yet in 18 years I've never felt rushed, not once.

After a summer of great illness and 8 days in critical care no answers no results, Kidney failure, finally I was referred to Dr Dale Prokupek. In very short order he performed a few diagnostic tests and POOF ! Not only did he find my issues , he also treated them and resolved the life threatening one. Being immunocompromised, lymphocytic colitis is not something I can live with. It is now in total remission. This Dr saved my life ! Friendly meticulous conscious runs a tight ship GREAT STAFF

Dr Prokupek's nurse had never heard of the cologuard early screening test for colon cancer, which is now standard before a colonoscopy. Look elsewhere if you want up to date treatment
