Love Dr. Beauchamp. Wish we could see her.
Dr. Beauchamp is an excellent doctor, kind and personable as well. She did two surgeries on my son, and we were very happy with her. However, her office staff is curt almost to the point of rude, particularly the appointment scheduling staff. It’s now impossible for me to get my son another appointment to check his progress. She is booked six months out even for rescheduled appointments. They don’t feel any need to accommodate or work to try to get you a cancellation spot like many doctor’s offices will do. Very frustrating.

Dr. Beauchamp was very nice and professional. She explained everything in detail. The office staff is rude! The lady that gave me information about scheduling surgery spoke to me as if I was uneducated. The information she provided was partly factual and part non-factual. Also, the fees for the visit were outrageous. I've never paid that much for an office visit for a physician. The insurance lady never actually checked my benefits. You only have one option for surgery and one option for COVID testing. You have to take the COVID test at their Plano facility. Not happening! Definitely not driving that far twice. At the end of the day, we have chosen to seek treatment elsewhere.

Dr. Beauchamp has seen our daughter for a couple years and we always have a great experience with her and her staff. We highly recommended her and drive 3 and 1/2 hours to see her, if that tells you how much we appreciate her care.

Dr. B is an excellent physician, the staff on the other, can make or break a practice. Upper management needs to step up & clean house. Good luck getting an emergency appointment. They are booked WELL in advance!

As an MD I am very picky about my specialists. Dr Beauchamp was recommended by my adult ophthalmologist friend who trained with her and reports that she is the best pedi-ophtho in the DFW area. She is excellent, personable, and did a swift and thorough exam with my squirmy 1 year old. Thank you Dr Beauchamp!

My two sons have been seeing Dr. Beauchamp for 9 years. She has always had so much patience with them. She even asked me if my younger son had "glasses envy" when he was faking his eye exam because he wanted glasses like his big brother :-), thus saving us money on prescription lenses. I still take my youngest son to her for his exams. (my oldest wears contacts now)

She is a GOD send! My daughter super glued her eye shut. She spent hours getting the eye open and removing glue from her eyeball. She probably saved her vision. It was meant to be that we found her. She was patient and kind and took all the time we needed. I can't begin to describe my gratitude.
