She seemed to be not interested in helping and more concerned with getting the visit over with. Now the clinic can’t get ahold of her to refill my prescription which was the whole point of my visit. (She didn’t send the correct prescription)

The staff was lovely, but Dr. Alvarez belittled my issue. I went to another doctor for the pain I was hoping she'd help me with and found out I needed a chiropractor and physical therapy. If you are seeking someone who will give you the 5 minutes a doctor is able to give by listening and trying to help, I would not go to her.

Dr. Alvarez was distracted and displayed no interest in me or my condition. She displayed no emotion or "bedside manner" and didn't listen to me. She did not recognize one of the medications I was taking and instead of researching appropriate and available alternatives, hand wrote a prescription for the current medication that is not carried in the U.S. The office and Dr.'s continued to make mistakes, but I do not have enough room to explain the full situation.
