Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable.
I have been a patient of Dr. John and his office for decades. They have always been amazing people to work with and treat patients as family. At one point, years ago, Dr. John went so far as to give me his personal cell phone number and instructions to call him directly if "x" or "y" occurred after hours. Who does that?! My wife also sees Dr. John and loves him and the office. The staff are friendly, if extremely busy with all the required paperwork and hoops the government forces doctors offices to jump through. Casey, the PA, is excellent and every bit as knowledgeable as Dr. John and equally compassionate. I highly recommend this office.

Doctor John has been my Dr for over 10 years, and my husband and 2 children also see him now. He’s very direct, but thorough. He’s open minded and continues to learn new things. He’s easy to talk with and open to discussions. He doesn’t force his own opinion on you and actually supports reasonable opinions even if they’re opposite his own. We wouldn’t trade him for anything!

Dr John’s office diagnosed me with COVID 19 and then left me in the lurch. They never recommended a plan for if and when my asthma attacked me and left me for dead. I would never recommend this doctor.

I would not recommend this doctor based on the front office in ability to be compassionate I would suggest you find another doctor That actually cares about the patient and not the bottom dollar

I've been a patient for a long time. I've had an ongoing problem with my ears.Last visit I practically begged him to look in my ears,he thought I was convinced I had candida and didnt want to "feed into my belief of it". Last year he treated me for it, saying there's no need to change my diet.A year later he wont treat me AND said all I can do is change my diet. I finally spent $300 so a specialist could tell me I needed flonase. I wish Dr John could have suggested this for the $120 I wasted.

I was his patient or his PA's for about ten years. I had to change doctors because his staff REQUIRED that I pay them $30/yr in appreciation of their services. The doctor approved of this action. I refused to pay.I rarely am sick. I received an urgent report from my mammogram provider indicating that I probably had breast cancer and needed to have biopsies to confirm. The doctor was on vacation. His nurse was in charge and refused to provide a referral for the biopsies to the facility I chose.
