I have been a patient of Crystal Ritsema's for three years now. She is just awful. She ignores and dodges messages, she is only part-time, she doesn't listen to your concerns, she knows nothing about Thyroid disorders, she holds your medications for ransom until you come to visit her or one of her nurse practitioners. I wish I was never ever stuck with her as my family doctor. Her diagnosis and lack of attention to my disorder made it so much worst, turning my thyroid disorder into a full-blown mood disorder. I will know soon if her careless doctoring made me infertile.

Very disappointed in this office. I was put on a medication for short term I never should have been on. Have issues with other staff in the office as well. Currently lookinf=g for a new PCP so I don't have to deal with this office any longer.
