Dr Ashford Listens. He takes time and explains everything. You are a person as well as his patient. He himself has actually called me on a WEEKEND at home because I was in pain and needed an RX. Thorough testing. I will highly recommend him over any ENT i have ever seen. Excellent physician with the appropriate concern for each individual patient. Great staff.

Very professional and thorough. Does not rush through visit and takes time to explain everything well. A little bit of wait time to see him, but well worth it. I felt he really cared about my health and wellness. The office staff are all wonderful and a pleasure to work with.

I went to the Ashford clinic seeking help for persistent ear problems, having been told in the past that I had "fluid buildup." A couple of quick and easy tests were performed right away, and it turns out my issues were not sinus related. Despite that, I was given a medication treatment plan to put in place, with a potential referral to PT if needed. I was impressed and very grateful that even though the root of my problem was maybe not in their typical wheelhouse, Janna Baker, PA was thorough and still determined to help me find relief.

I was very impressed with the office staff, nurse, and doctor. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the front desk to the checkout. The physician was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. I liked the doctor going over the CT scan with me before leaving. It has been a long time since I have been in a doctor’s office with such friendly smiles and attitudes.

I would not recommend. I have not been able to smell or taste food one year out after my tonsillectomy. I tried to explain this to the Dr several times and was referred for swallowing therapy. Everything I eat taste like cardboard and the back of my throat feels like it is burned severally. I have been told that my condition is irreversible.

I called the Ashford Clinic on August 5th and was given an appointment for August 7th. Check in was easy and my appointment started on time. The nurse that I saw was very attentive, listening to my symptoms and explaining the steps that would take place. The PA spent considerable time with me listening to my concerns and answering all my questions. The procedures performed in the office were handled promptly and explained thoroughly. All aspects of my visit were exceptional. The TIME each person spent with me was pleasantly surprising. This was my first visit to the Ashford Clinic, having been a patient of another ENT that could not see me for 6 weeks. My experience was remarkable; the facilities were top-notch, the staff was welcoming and attentive, and the time spent during my testing and preliminary diagnosis was far greater than expected. I highly recommend this practice.

My daughter ( 12 months old) and I both had procedures done at the Ashford Clinic. The nursing staff were awesome, especially with my little one. After she was finished with her surgery, my wife and I walked into her room to see Heidi snuggling and feeding her a bottle while getting some other things situated for us. They were professional and personable and made me feel very comfortable and confident.
