I agree with one of the other patients who left a review the receptionist is so RUDE. I was told by Tory to come in 30 minutes before your apt so that patient can fill out paperwork. I got there at 7:30. Tory gave me the paperwork after 2 other patients had come in and that was about 8:34 and 9am. Then they took the other 2 patients that came in after I did. I was seen about 9:15-9:20 and I was heated. Dr Aralu needs to hire another receptionist, she makes the office looks bad.

He needs to fire his entire office staff. They clearly have a high disregard for sick patients to be so late sending out and giving them important documents. They do not seem happy about or care about their career. It's very difficult to be in the waiting room 5+ hours too. There should be compensation for wasting a person's time.

This Doctors office sucks! The receptionist is disorganized. Papers are everywhere, it looks horrid. They take forever to schedule an mri…and God forbid you have an appointment at 12 pm. Youll be there till 5. Better go to the Panera across the street because you will need your breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Dr. Aralu is an amazing neurologist that spends time with his patients, so expect to have a wait. He explains condition and answers questions thoroughly and works with you as a whole person. He is highly respected and recommended by RNs and therapists. But, I'm thinking of leaving practice due unprofessional poorly managed front office ranging from phone calls not answered, Inability to leave message due automated service being full, to difficulty in getting appointment in timely manner.
