Gravely misdiagnosed my symptoms and prescribed unnecessary treatment! Three other ophthalmologists confirmed a diagnosis of retinitis while Dr. Tsai diagnosed glaucoma. I am grateful I got another opinion before I accepted his purposed treatment. Apparently this has happened with other patients of his as well. The wait times were always more than 90 mins because he gets referrals from family members that are optometrists and then has patients return for unnecessary procedures!

I've been going to this center since it was Napa Eye Care-I've been seeing Dr Tsai for about 3 years. Overall I like the care because they are thorough and I feel like they care about my eye health.

The wait times are incredibly long and it's hard to understand anyone who works there.
