Dr. Dickson was truly concerned with my issue and asked the right questions to figure out what my issue actually was. He then addressed it and gave me good follow up things to do at home.

Dr Dickson wa ever attentive to my situation. He suggested a medical path that nobody else has thus far and I’m hopeful that it is the right path finally and I’ll get better and stay better soon

3:30 appointment. Did not get into exam room until 4:15. Dr Dickson was thorough in his exam a listened to my concerns.

I went in with a serious issues in hopes of getting answers, I waited 40 minutes in the waiting room and then got called in and waited 30 more minutes to be seen, when the medical assistant initially put me in the room I told her I had mris and scans done and she said she would pull them doc comes in later and nothing was pulled left with no answers, no call from the doctor as promised, paid a copay and waited that whole time and still no help and answers. I waited all day for the doctor to call me and I got nothing: I told them I had work after being there for 1 hour and 30 minutes and the doc said he would call me to discuss the same day and nothing. Very sad and disappointed. Did not feel like I got the treatment I was yearning for or acknowledgement.

In addition to the doctor the entire staff was very professional, they exemplified what I would expect any physicians office.

He makes you feel at ease and he listens to you. I recently had surgery on my sinuses and I was never afraid. When you go to his office, and you are ready to check out you get stickers and a sucker. WOW!!! The staff is so nice and friendly. I love this place. Thank you for taking so good care of me.

Dr. Dickson explains clearly what your condition is and his plan to offer solutions. I had a sinus condition that I had off and on for many years, I am now clear of that infection after his treatment recommendation for the first time in forty years.
