Worth Driving the Extra Distance
I started seeing Dr. Kim at the Summer Creek Convenient Care Center after moving to Texas, after quite a long search for a primary care doctor I was comfortable with. Dr. Kim has been nothing short of wonderful in her treatment and bedside manner. She is caring and compassionate, and always takes her time, rather than rushing through appointments as do many primary care physicians. I am so pleased with her care that I continue to see Dr. Kim, even though she moved to another facility almost 40 miles away.

Taking a patient off psych meds without proper dosage of replacement meds causing withdrawals. Patient ended up in ER. Why remove these meds from a patient who has been on them for 20 yrs and they work is beyond Me. Now the patient has a set back and has to see a psychiatrist all over again to have his meds managed, etc. never again will we use a young dr who has no experience with treating severe OCD and anxiety. Yea not reason we switched is because our Dr left the practice and we needed a primary for illness, BP meds, etc. We are done with this Dr. We have now switched to a more experienced Dr.

Likely to recommend
I’ve been seeing doctor Kim for about 5 years and find her to be a very caring, thorough and well educated professional. Unfortunately she is moving offices to an area too far from me or I certainly would stay with her. Doctors of Osteopathy are a lot less likely to push pills or surgery, they treat the body, mind and spirit of the individual.
