going downhill
I've been seeing Dr. Vo for over 10 years and he and his office has become a joke. I have visits mainly ever 6 months for checkups and BP but recently had to go for swelling in my leg and foot. Go in for appointment and of course not seen until 30 minutes past appointment time. Once the Dr. comes in ALL he does is set behind his laptop and take notes, his physical exam consisted of listening to my breathing and a brief inspection of swelling. Then its "How would you like to proceed"? Gee Dr i'm not sure I left my medical degree at home... Prescribes an anti inflammatory which gives me bad side affects so I call to ask if he can change prescription, no word back for 24 hrs so I call back and nothings been done. Call the next day and they say its been called in to pharmacy, no call to let me know or anything. Know today I get a phone call from his office rep telling me all blood tests are clear however 5 minutes before I get an email from quest diagnostics saying the opposite.

My husband and I have been going to see Dr. Vo for well over 15 years, and he is amazing! He's very professional, very well informed, and there's never a long wait in his waiting room.

I went in for my annual check up during covid 19. After checking in I told the receptionist that I would be waiting outside at the door and to please let me know when it was my turn. I opted to wait outside because 2 addition people came in while me and one other person was waiting in the small waiting room. One of whom appeared to have a cold or flu. Instead of notifying me that it was my turn, an hour later, they called someone who came in after me. I noticed this and walked in before he went to the back. Although both myself and the other patient told her I was next she waved me off and told me I would have to wait because I was not in the lobby when she called me. She never came to the door to get me. To conclude the staff is rude, and fail to take precautions to protect their patients during covid. More cautious doctors limit the number of people allowed in the waiting room. Some even have people wait in there cars until its their turn. I left without seeing the doctor.

He always comes off unprofessional. He seems more worried about typing on his computer that the patient has “been told the risks or side effects” of whatever he is proscribing. Seems to be just covering his own butt.

I had a positive experience with Dr. Vo. I Saw Dr. Vo for the first time to follow up after an Urgent Care visit. Dr. Vo, is very intense, methodical and thorough. Although his staff asked me medical history questions, he re-asked them, taking time to completely understand what I was stating. He would ask clarifying questions to make sure he understand at a granularity level what I was sharing. After the questioning stage, Dr Vo examined me & carefully explained treatment options.

I've been seeing Dr. Tommy Vo for over 10 years. In the beginning he was AMAZING he was attentive, genuinely caring, an all around great doctor w/ a great staff. Around 2014-15 there was a change, now you felt like a number, lack of caring, faking interest but my bigger issue was the front staff, careless, confused and bothered. But he was still "good enough".Today you will wait 45+minutes even when you have an appointment, the staff is clueless and rude and the Dr. is going thru the motions.

I have been going to Dr Vo for almost a year now and you couldn't ask for a better doctor. He genuinely listens to your problems and concerns and doesn't just feed you pain and nerve pills to shut you up like others do. He works hard to find the root cause and does everything he can to fix it. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Vo has a great doctor patient relationship with his patients. I have seen on other sites where people leave a review that they are angry that Dr. Vo will not keep giving pain meds, he cannot give pain meds to anyone for an extended length of time. You have to go to a Pain Management Clinic. He is a decent doctor and makes sure you have the proper care that you need. I have never had any problems with Dr. Vo, he has always done a great job.
