The nurse listen to my concerns with empathy. The doctor Claire Hendricks listens thoroughly and offers explanations and suggestions toward my condition. This is the best GP office that I have ever attended and the best doctor I have ever had in my 70 years.

Dr. Hendrix did what most the majority of my other doctors didn't. She listened, explained things thoroughly, gave me options and not just directions without explanations, and seriously considered my concerns. I am my only health care advocate, and I do my own online research and decide what is right for me. Dr. Hendrix was kind enough to explain when I made a decision that was not in my best interest and she explained it so thoroughly that I agreed. Never had a doc who did that before. I've now designated her as my primary doc for that reason and her accessibility. She's a keeper!
