Dr. Cicily Stanton, MD

Dr. Stanton needs to spend more time answering questions and finding and looking up answers to questions and less time arguing about them. She seems to think that there is such a thing as a stupid question. Aren’t we all looking for answers, stupid or otherwise. A little compassion and showing respect goes a long way, especially while experiencing months of a serious health issue with side effects that are difficult deal with, both physically and mentally. Needs to focus more on health issues than personal observations that are irrelevant.

I was taken to be seen almost immediately upon arrival. Dr Stanton was very kind and knowledgeable. She laid out a specific gameplan for me to improve some of the things I had been having issues with.

This rev isn't much about Dr Stantons med expertise but how her office is trying to bill for an ann phys and offc visit together. I scheduled my ann phys. When I arrived the front desk person checkd me in and asked for the $45 co-pay. I told her this was my ann phys and my ins pays. I met with Dr Stanton for the standard BP check, wgt, etc and she asked how I got my BP way down since last yrs appt when she prescribed Losarton. I said it was probably a combo of the med, some wt loss and excercise. She seemed impressed and had me go to the lab around the corner to give blood so they could check everything else out. When I checked out (same visit) a diff lady said she saw I still haven't paid the co-pay of which I again said I was here for a phys. She commented that she was told to bill for an offc visit. I told her that's wrong that my insur would pay for the phys. They still billed me for an ofc visit of $45 because we 'discussd' my BP! I am still contesting 3 months later.

I stopped by since she was recommended by Doctor Michelle Brown that I see nest door. I barely got to the counter when a woman said........she's not taking new patients. WOW. I picked up her card and looked at her page. Also asked a woman walking in how she liked her. She said she was new and it was her 1st visit. I will try to make an appt and see how it goes. Front desk lady was very rude.

So I have been coming to see Stanton since 2020 if I am not wrong. I had a baby in 2019 and since then I have a back issue. She’s never has been able to send me out to a right physician for the right treatment and while I write this I still have back pain. I have seen three orthopedics, and all in vain. Then she suggested rheumatologist but never mentioned again. Spent good money and time on the wrong doctors. That’s been ok but my last visit with her was much more disappointing. The blood work during my well visit was not done because the technician did not show up that day. Now my appointment was at 11:00why was not i called and rescheduled? Then I rescheduled, the next day I got a call again to reschedule. Then I rescheduled for the 3rd time. Today as of Jan 31st 11 am I had rescheduled for the blood work. When I showed up the receptionist ( a nice gentleman man before him there used to be a rude receptionist lady) said the technician was also not present today. WHY THE HECK your

Fantastic office. Everyone was super sweet. Doctor Stanton is amazing. I’d had many poor experiences going to the doctor before hand and she was so patient and understanding. Can’t recommend enough!

This office was so efficient in making sure I was in and out for my appointment. Dr. Stanton made sure to listen to all my complaints and was focused on helping me with any issues I had. She is very efficient in responding to patient portal messages and being readily available. I am very happy to have her as my PCP and have recommended her to multiple people!

Dr. Stanton is a wonderful physician. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. I would recommend her 100%! The staff was great. Amazing team!

Dr. Stanton was an absolute delight! She listened to all of my concerns and helped come up with a game plan that I felt most comfortable with. Her staff was super sweet and her lab gal was a wizard with the blood draw; barely felt a thing. 10/10, highly recommend!
