This dr. office books appointments for the dr and switches to the Physician Assistant when the patient gets to the appointment. The office person I dealt with was very rude, her tone of voice was so offensive clearly needing education how to deal with patients. I have never encountered an office that makes appointments according to their insurance. They push the P.A when you tell them you want a Md. and PA arrives whether you want it or not. They disrespect in every way patients right to choose and I believe they take preference to insurances to who Md. wants to see. Md was there but was too busy. This is inexcusable. They offered another month wait to see the dr. when I have already waited month in a half for that one. This is not health care its harrashment This was a terrible waist of time and feel sorry for them if they think they are providing ethical service when money takes presidence.

Haven't even seen this Dr. and I'm already worried
I have been having issues with my liver/stomach for a couple of years no with no real solutions. Seems ever since COVID medical care has fallen by the wayside. Scheduling initial appointment and the staff was so rude. Tried to find out about practice and the chick on the phone was the worst! Condescending, inconsiderate, zero compassion what so ever. When I tried to end the conversation with a, "Thank you and I hope you have a good day" she hung up on me. I called back to get her name and speak with the office manager. Talked with Gia, who also had a bad attitude, may have been same person and she said manager doesn't have a set schedule and there is no way to speak with them and then tried to cancel my appointment. If this is the treatment from staff before I see Dr... forget it! Isn't there anyone who cares anymore? Sick and tired or being sick and tired.

Called Dr. Hungs office and spoke to an Ariana who was very rude as I was inquiring about moving my appointment forward if there was a cancellation. Dr. Hung needs to see how his office staff is treating his patients as it will be affecting his business. Ariana and another gal in the background were laughing and speaking badly about nothing was going to happen and to hang up on me again. There should be cameras in that office where the receptionist are to see how badly patients are being treated and talked bad to on the phone. Unbelievable really

Finally I arrived on the day of my appointment. IT WAS THE WORST…Dr. CT Hung doesn’t put you under doing the procedure, instead they administer sedatives. While I laying on the cot in walks Dr. Hung and sakes my hand…there was another man in the room standing on the side of my bed. I asked him who he was. He said he was a Tech…I asked why was he there…he was there to manipulated my colon. WHAT??? I asked what does that mean. This tall gentleman begin applying pressure to my stomach, it begin to hurt so bad I held his arm for emotional support. The nurse was sitting next to measuring the sedatives via the IV. I asked her to put me under…give me more…she said she couldn’t. LORD HAVE MERCY…IT WAS THE MOST BARBARIC PROCEDURE I’VE EVER ENDURED!!!! I’ve had a colonoscopy before and trust I was not awake. I checked with six different friends NO ONE WAS AWAKE DURING MULTIPLE COLONOSCOPIES… I will NEVER SEE DR. CT HUNG AGAIN!!!! My procedure was yesterday and I’m still emotionally upset

Very incompetent staff. I had an appointment and they called me to reschedule to a different date. When I showed up on the date they told me, they said I don’t have an appointment. This after I have waited over a month after my X-ray. Will never go back. Staff are very unprofessional.

I called to check the results of my endoscopy everyday from Monday to Wednesday at around 2-3 PM, which is their normal business hours; and the voice message says to call back during normal business hours. Finally I reached them on Thursday, the nurse who picked up the phone gave me so much attitude and was not friendly and professional at all while I was polite and helpful and whole time. Is this how patients should be treated?

Dr. Hung was a pleasant man to meet. Coupled with the fact that he was able to see me almost immediately, I was ecstatic to get my problem sorted out. I would definitely return if I have stomach troubles. Would recommend to my family and friends.

I would recommend Dr. Hung to anyone with stomach problems like I had. He carried himself so professionally, but at the same time, he was very gentle in explaining the procedure. I am so glad that my friend Megan told me about Dr. Hung. He is now my go-to gastroenterologist!

While Dr. Hung isn’t the first gastroenterologist I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, I’m certainly hoping he will be the only one I need to go to. Let’s begin at his front desk. Very nice people. Warm smiles all around. After a short wait, I go in and Dr. Hung gives me a thorough rundown of the procedure. My past doctors tend to overlook over this part, but it’s very reassuring knowing what is going to be done to my body. The procedure goes well and now I recommend Dr. Hung to all my loved ones.

Not impressed with his office staff. I think they are rude and not professional. They answer the phone dr office please hold, pressing hold before you can speak. Dr. Hung I couldn't get ANY answers and would wait 45 minutes or more AFTER my appointment time to ge a oh you'll get better response. I had issues and told him about them at my appointment and he said that's your primary drs. Issues not mine. And I ended up being admitted to the hospital via my primary the next day.
