Horrible experience
I had this doctor unfortunately last year and when I went to the Urgent Care this year was so disappointing to see she was back again…she is rude, disrespectful, dismissive and won’t take a second to discuss your care. I tested positive for Type A flu…high fever and chills and she gave me the exact same treatment as she gave me the previous year for a respiratory infection…she only knows how to hand out inhalers and steroids!!! Don’t waste your time if you see her…just run the other direction! I wonder after seeing all these reviews if Acension is that desperate to fill positions bc obviously they don’t read the customer reviews at all!!

Avoid this Doctor
I’m extremely unimpressed with this doctor. She was extremely rude and came off confrontational. After some research I found she has numerous bad reviews on Sacred Heart Navarre’s google page. I would not recommend her to anyone.

So rude. Does not listen at all. Made me feel like I was on trial. She wouldn’t accept my answers and told me I had a virus - viruses don’t last 6 months. Also told me to stop smoking medicinal marijuana that was prescribed to me for PTSD without any regard to or discussion about my mental health. Avoid her at all costs.

This doctor was very rude. I got barely any info from this doctor, I wouldn't have even known that I broke my back if the nurse didn't tell me. It's not the nurses job to tell the patient their back is broken, it's the doctors job. I could have left the hospital without ever knowing I had broken my back if it wasn't for the nurse. Everyone else would get 5 stars, but if I go back I will be sure to steer clear of this Dr. She stormed out of the room as i was talking to her.
