Dr. Christopher Zachary, MD

I went to Dr. Zachary for a tiny bump on my nose, which turned out to be a Spitz Nevus. He misled me into believing it would be a minor procedure, so I did not schedule a driver. It turned out to be a major surgery that I later found out should have been performed in a hospital, not an office. He cut a nerve and had to cauterize the incision. This left me with permanent nerve damage. After leaving his office, the wound opened and I hemorrhaged blood. I called the doctor’s emergency number but the doctor dismissed my suffering. The wound got infected, I had to beg for antibiotics. His substandard surgical skills left the entire side of my nose deformed with a jagged scar. His dismissive attitude toward me and his refusal to take responsibility for causing physical harm led me to seek legal counsel. If you or anyone you know has been harmed or neglected by Dr. Zachary, please report him to the medical board immediately. Do not let him silence you.

Doctor and assistant left the room for me to get dressed. I waited for 15min and no one ever came back to talk to me or tell me I was free to go. I had to open the door to call out to the nurse. She told me the the doctor left and the assistant. I believe they went home for the day. I didn't like it, I felt they didn't care.

Mr. Christopher Zachary makes gives me his full attention. And is very kind and makes me feel safe. I really appreciate that it's a lot of doctors helping me at once. They make me feel cared for and important. The only thing is afterwards I wish I was given more instructions on how to follow up after my procedure (home care instructions). Instead of trying to remember what to ask them after surgery and forgetting. I get anxiety not knowing how I should follow up after my procedure. But I did get to ask a few questions.

The visit was very successful. The lesion was removed promptly and I got a pathologist report a day later rather than a longer interval, which was very reassuring. I was treated with courtesy and the procedure was done carefully. So I had a very successful visit.

Dr. Zachary is a phenomenal derm and a great surgeon. So it was my pleasure to be seen.

Dr. Zachary is very knowledgeable and always provides excellent care.

Dr. Zachary was absolutely kind, warm, and even sweet toward my daughter who tagged along. His resident was also just as empathetic and professional as Dr. Zachary.

I have been going to Dr. Zachary for over 20 years and have received various treatments from him. He is amazing in every way from how he preforms the treatment, results, bed side manner and suggested future treatments. Love him!

Dr. Zachary is a gem. He is a skilled physician, he patiently answered all my questions, and he was extremely careful during my procedure and treatment. He is terrific.

Originally, I called and the first available appointment with Dr Kelly was in September. it's unfortunate that I have to wait 5 months to see my provider at UCI. I then sent a message and was given an earlier appointment with Dr. Zachary. However, I find it ridiculous to wait 5 months to see my doctor.

Dr. Zachary treated me with great care and professionalism as well the interns.
