We left the practice bc of him
He's the reason we left the practice. He's rude, arrogant, inexperienced and doesn't listen.

I would 0 stars if I could
Dr. Rodgers is rude (that he tries to mask with fake niceness), does not fully listen to you, forgets important information about child and doesn’t actually care about parents concerns. I have brought things to his attention multiple times and they were never fully addressed. He has made both myself and my child cry. He put us through unnesscary pain and suffering. Stay far away from him.

Left Practice - Impersonal
We left this practice after 10 positive years. SMHC has gone downhill, marked by a centralized phone system that demands ~20 minutes of hold time for returned calls as Rogers' office appears reluctant or unable to give direct phone numbers. The net:net is wasted time and communications disruption. For a working parent, the disorder on their end equals lost work time on mine. As a result of their overreliance on phone trees and MyChart's rigid messaging system, we felt driven toward meds as a default for ADHD as coveted office counselor appointments get canceled when the counselor inevitably leaves the practice. In sum, it's difficult to reach a live person. The practice is cold, automated and bungles communications. This is largely a biproduct of SMHC's poor managment, but we also felt judged and pushed towards increasing doses of ADHD meds monitored by telemedicine as the alternative of face-to-face counseling and support was simply underresourced or otherwise poorly manged.
