I was a patient of Dr. Nelson while he was still practicing in NYC, NY. In the several years I was in his care, I found him to be the finest mental health doctor I've ever known. Dr. Nelson is the quintessential professional and an extraordinary human being. Anyone entrusting themselves to his care can do so with the greatest confidence. It's been some time since he relocated to Camp Lejeune but the benefits of his thorough and encompassing treatment will always be part of my life. Thank you, Dr. Nelson!
