Useless
I saw Dr. Kolker for the better part of a year. During that time, he yelled at me twice when I tried to explain that I couldn't physically do what he wanted me to. One was he wanted me to start taking walks when I was having issues with dizziness & when I stand, I lose feeling in my legs & I have lower back pain.He never responded to pharmacy requests for medication refills. Had to contact his office EVERY SINGLE TIME! to get a refill & he would not add refills to long term medications.I complained for 4 months that my current b.p. medication wasn't working before I insisted he change it.His nurse, Kim, did not know how to take blood pressure correctly. She also didn't record my height nor weight correctly. I spoke to Dr. Kolker several times about this & he said he'd talk to her, but nothing changed. There were other instances of other issues, but these were the major ones.

I would leave 10 stars!
Dr. Kolker is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, he truly cares for and advocates for his patients. I left all of my Dr.’s with another hospital group 8 months ago. Dr.Kolker has done more for me in 8 months than the other group has done in 10. I was suffering badly with neck and shoulder pain he got me in x-ray,Pt, mri, and neurosurgery so quickly I had my surgery 2 weeks ago and I’m forever grateful to Dr Kolker. He treated me with so much compassion and advocated every step of the way!

Refuses me a wheelchair when I can barely walk on my own so I am even more confined to the house and left with no one to rely on. Refuses to accept that I am injured, and keeps coming up with false diagnosis. If he took the MRI he would see that I know what the hell I am talking about, but I guess he gets angry when he has an educated patient who already knows what’s wrong with them, and he refuses to run the tests to prove I am right and he is wrong.

I spent dozens of visits and hundreds of dollars where nothing was accomplished and random drugs managed to make things worse until the dr's just passed off my symptoms as health anxiety. I found a surgeon who identified abnormalities in my UT scan from a few months before I saw Dr Kulkor. A HIDA scan was performed during my first visit with the surgeon and proved that my gallbladder was no longer functioning.
