Dr. Christopher Burns, DDS

My dentist asked me if Dr Burns told me that my implant was failing. I have a lot of bone loss around the implant area that has me very worried. I won’t go back to him since he caused me incredible pain and I was vomiting and writhing in agony for 3 days after he sliced my gums open.

Do NOT come here. My sister just got her wisdom teeth removed here this afternoon the nurse told her to raise her hand if she felt any pain at all. When she did this during the surgery Dr. Christopher Burns threw his instruments down and started refusing to finish the surgery because he said she was “trying to reach for him” she tried to tell him she was in pain and that’s what she was told to do (the nurse was also advocating for her saying she didn’t reach for him) he insisted she did and he wasn’t going to risk himself. She had to beg him to finish the surgery. When she said he was the only surgeon that would take her insurance he very smuggly said “yeah I know”. She was also not informed about any of the medication she was prescribed or anything. She was also put under anesthesia and was told she had to have someone with her before she could leave but then was sent out of the office without them even calling me to come inside and get her.

2 hour wait for procedure. Poor discharge care with no instructions. Was barely observed after procedure despite being sedated, nauseous and unable to walk. No wheel chair provided. When family member asked about discharge instructions, was told to read paper. Surgeon maybe skilled but pre and post care awful.

I just had full extractions about an hour ago... and I couldn't be happier with how comfortable they kept me.... and how fast it went. Thank you so much for helping me start on this journey!

10:40 appt. Was taken back for xray at 11, stuck in room waiting for Dr burns for 40 mins. No one came in to say there was a delay during this wait.

Fantastic specialist!

I would not recommend the practice of Dr. Burns to anyone I remotely care about. While the office staff was friendly; that did nothing to remedy the fact that I had to wait 5 entire weekdays (after waiting the weekend) in order to see see Dr. Burns even though I was in dire pain due to dry, infected sockets. Do not even think about asking to speak to a doctor directly as it will not happen under any circumstances. Almost no post operative care was available to me though I was told it would be.

Dr. Burns and his staff are very welcoming and professional. I could not be happier with my care.

Could not ask for a better staff! Jane is exceptional!

Lots of concerns during healing but staff was/is very helpful in answering my questions. :) I'm very thankful!

The office staff is wonderful and warm. Dr. Burns has great bedside manner. However, the wait time is always 30 mins after your scheduled appt. They always seem behind, even in the morning.
