I have been with Dr. Powers’ office for several years and have had considerable work done. Her team is efficient, organized, so nice to work with, and Dr. Powers is very concerned about making sure everything is precisely right. She is the first dentist I have not dreaded going to.

I have been going to Dr Powers for about 5 years with no complaints. I would say her knowledge is stellar with a demeanor much the same; Excellent staff as well.

After coming in to check one of my fillings she was digging around with a tool and realized that it was not the filling that was falling out but that she was digging into my bone. As I went in for different work, she did not make me aware she was going to be giving me a shot before sticking me with the needle. She lacks bedside manners, is not friendly and is completely unprofessional. The hygienists and office staff are amazing, but I will never be going back because of Dr. Powers.

Minimal chair side manner. Drilled away most of my molars leaving a shell of enamel and completely altering my bite and no grinding surface. I'm less than 30 years old. No other dentist was that concerned up to the point I went to Powers. Refused to extract two of of my impacted wisdom teeth. Missed a cracked incisor my new dentist noticed right away that I suspected for years.

Great experience. Dr Powers and her team do a great job. Very effective time management so that each patient is taken back right on schedule and treatment is started immediately. There is never pressure for additional work but a treatment plan offered to keep issues on your radar.

Dr. Powers has been my dentist for 8 years. I have had nothing but wonder experiences at Creative Smiles. Dr. Powers is very thorough. Her staff is very caring they take time to explain everything and answer all my questions. They always make me feel like family. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to feel comfortable and well cared for.

Dr. Powers and her staff seem mostly concerned with up-selling of services rather than the actual care. Little or no instruction given - just selling additional services. I also believe I had a LOT of fillings that were not necessary and have changed dentists. I now do not have multiple fillings recommended each time I visit the dentist. I would never go back to Dr. Powers and I would never recommend her.
