My provider and care were exceptional. I believe it was hard to understand each other because Dr. Bui doesn't speak very good english so the NA had to explain most things to me afterwards.

I felt the doctor did not listen, nor could she clearly explain what she was trying to convey. I felt that we completely went in circles on what I was concerned about, and nothing was accomplished. I will wait until I can see my primary doctor before go to this person again.

I am 73 years old .Dr Bui is one of the best doctors I ever seen honestly you need more doctors like her she Is pleasant,she knows her business I was honestly impressed with her professional and bedside manners she is a wonderful person all around

I have nothing but great experiences with everyone at Facey Medical Group. From the security guard out front to the front desk check in, the attendant that took my BP and especially with Dr. Bui. Even on the My Chart app, responses are timely and address my needs. Thank you to everyone at Facey Medical Group!

Dr. Bui gives an outstanding service. She takes her time to listen to all my concerns about my health condition. She is the best primary doctor I ever seen. Most of the doctors are always rushing people but she really takes her time with each patient to listen and advise for medical conditions. Dr. Bui is the primary doctor for my parents as well and they say she is an amazing doctor.
