In my opinion (after a LOT of dermatological care over the years) did not adequately explain my options, procedure for removal, risk for scarring, nor after-care for scarring. Also came in with damp hair which struck me as unprofessional. However the office has a good reputation and I trusted the process. I wish I hadn’t because now I have two awful scars and no answers from Dr. Steil and her team. Some of the assistants seem poorly trained with poor bedside manner - one totally dismissed my scarring concern, and the other came in complaining about the day. This experience was unacceptable in my opinion and I would like some answers and accountability for the disregard that I believe they showed to me and my body as a patient.

I wish I could give Dr. Steil and her team 10 stars... they’re THAT good!! I was blown away by 1)the facilities/ professionalism/ kindness, 2) the RESULTS and 3) how easy/ virtually painless it was! I came in for my first injection (can’t say the brand name on this site!! Lol) experience thinking it would probably be maybe a 5 out of 10 pain scale (10 being the highest)... but it was closer to 1-1.5!! There was no marks/ bleeding/ bruising like I’ve seen w/ other friends that have gone elsewhere, and on tv. I was able to go w/ my day w/o looking like anything was done! She took a ton of time to listen to me and make me feel at ease... I highly recommend Dr Steil!

I found Dr Steil to be really helpful and patient with my teenager. She provided a few different options and was able to explain the difference. The office staff was helpful.

Dr. Steil is very professional, friendly, pleasant, and easy to talk to. She takes time to explain everything and answer questions. I have been going to her for full body scans for many years and I’m extremely impressed as to how she handles this exam. I never feel uncomfortable or embarrassed because she is so careful and respectful in her method of examination. Her staff is also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Steil.

The worst care I have ever experienced. I went in for a mole check and was told I only had agespots. That and acne was the only reason I went in. I went to my internist the following week and she noticed a pre cancerous mole on my leg. I immediately called Dr. Steil's office and when I showed her the mole she agreed it was precancerous and removed it. She FAILED to do a whole body check. Very unprofessional unkind and the mole was on my leg - highly visible. No apologies just a bill!!
