She is ok as a doctor but dont ask her to fill out fmla forms when your child is sick. She filled them out for my son when he was seeing an ENT she has filled them out in the past. But now I have a child who has been constantly sick now seeing GI she refuses to sign papers. So be prepared to lose your job if you ever need them!

I absolutely think that this office is phenomenal. Front desk is always friendly, the nurses are fantastic, and Dr. Brueggemann couldn't be more caring and compassionate. They can generally get you in for an appointment very quickly if need be. Dr. Brueggemann always takes time to listen to all of my concerns and my kids love her! I've never had better or more personal care from a healthcare team.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Brueggemann since we moved here in 2018. She has always been wonderful. I have never had any issues with the office staff or billing, and we have been able to get in to be seen without any issues even with same day care

I think Dr. Brueggermann knows her stuff. She and her staff have been professional, but certainly not helpful or caring. I adopted a 13.5 year old boy from China. He is terrified of needles. We have been fired from this practice because I cannot get him to have blood drawn. They won't listen to me, they have not offered any help or suggestions. In fact, they basically have told me that I am not providing health care for my son. It took 5 people to get blood from him in the ER.

I am shocked to read the previous negative review. Dr. Brueggemann is one of the most caring and professional physicians I have ever known. After trying several pediatric offices to find the right fit for our family, we were thrilled to have such an amazing experience with Dr. Brueggemann . Our children have been patients for several years now and we have referred many friends who love her as well. I can't emphasize enough, Dr. Brueggemann is an absolutely wonderful doctor!!!

She was very rude/unprofessional and almost gave my son the wrong vaccines. This was our first visit after our move and she greeted me by yelling at me for not having all of our records (even though I was told to only bring immunization records and that I would fill out a form requesting the rest at our visit since the appointment was just scheduled late last week). Any concerns I raised were met with hostility but after a call with our old Dr. I know my concerns were valid.
