Had a procedure, delayed after staff incompetence... left in great pain.NEVER again.

I am thoroughly impressed by Dr. Christian Twiss and his team, including NP Jaime Weisheit, Natalie, Brenda, and Banesha. They exemplify professionalism, compassion, and intelligence in their practice. Dr. Twiss and his team made what could have been a stressful experience much easier by explaining things clearly and patiently, particularly in guiding me and my partner through the use of a catheter.Their welcoming approach, which included being LGBTQ friendly and treating our relationship with respect, was deeply appreciated. They function seamlessly as a team, even under the pressures of handling multiple patients. They consistently responded promptly and courteously to phone calls regarding medications and the catheter, which significantly eased our concerns.I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Christian Twiss and his team to anyone seeking compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive medical care. They have earned my utmost trust and gratitude.

Dr. Twiss spent, I felt, a proper amount of time with me and answered my questions after my examination. We had testing done for my condition, then I saw his nurse practitioner on my next visit. I would recommend him to other patients

Waited 4 hours to see doc for follow up, 1 1/2 hours in exam room. Totally unacceptable. Appointment time changed and not notified. I will not be back. This is typical for Twiss.

Dr. Twiss performed a 7-hour surgery for me, doing a fascia thigh harvest (my own tissue) which he used to repair prolapsed vaginal walls & created a bladder sling. He has quite the team; from Dr. Zhang & Dr. McCormick to the nursing staff involved in my 2-day hospital stay. Post surgery, I had issues w/a mini-catheter, but the nursing staff in his office were outstanding, the best, helping me every step of the way. I visited many times, feeling like a real pain, but all the nurses & medical assistants treated me w/only the utmost kindness & respect. Many thanks to Nicole, Christina, Carol, & Diane for all the patience & compassion shown to me, a real credit to the profession. Many thanks to Lori w/all the scheduling issues due to COVID. Lastly, I thank Dr. Twiss who was so kind & compassionate. He has stuck w/me through every issue w/patience, clearly explaining every detail & answering all questions. I've received excellent care; he's a truly skilled surgeon & filled w/compassion.

Dr Twiss performed pelvic reconstructive surgery for me about 6 years ago. I could not have had a better outcome. Dr Twiss was so kind and professional throughout the visits, surgery, and follow-up. We are fortunate to have such a skilled doctor in Tucson. I will always be grateful.

Dr. Twiss undid my mesh nightmare. I came from out-of-state to have a total mesh removal and he had to reconstruct my vaginal opening which the first doctor took upon himself to close up too much. Dr. Twiss was amazing and his mesh removal knowledge and skill are outstanding. He also did a fascia thigh harvest to repair prolapse. I would travel around the world to see Dr. Twiss. Thank you

Dr Twiss is wonderful and very attentive to my needs, he was absolutely the first Dr who addressed my bladder problems effectively, he also did surgery on me at the VA and I followed him to Banner where I continue to see him and I am thankful I found him and the Pelvic Floor Therapists in his office. Dr Twiss is a delightful doctor that has changed my life for the better. I highly recommend him to both women and men!

I went to see Dr Twiss after experiencing nothing but frustration and discouragement after seeing other urologists for my unrelenting interstitial cystitis. From that first appointment 3 years ago to the present I have received the best medical care, the kindest and most sympathetic treatment and the most attentive focus by Dr. Twiss and all of the staff working with him. I have not hesitated to recommended him to multiple friends. Five stars doesn’t come close to rating him. Ten ++ is better.

Dr. Twiss is the epitome of what a DR should be - he takes his time, asks questions for clarification, is never pushy nor dismissive and is willing to do the diagnostic work to search for answers. He cares about the patient in a way that you don't often see anymore. In addition, his surgical skills are second to none. I traveled across the country to undergo a very complex surgery with him and would do so again in a heartbeat.

Dr Twiss was my urologist at the VA until his teaching schedule cost us his services. I have seen only one other Dr in the last 50 years who is so careful and concerned about his/her patient comfort, safety and health. Of all the people I have dealt with I find Dr Twiss to be the one most worthy of praise and of trust. He doesn't just see patients, he invests time effort and compassion in them. If 10% of his students turn out to be 10% as good as he is the world will have a lot of good Drs.

Dr Twiss was very compassionate from the 1st visit, I seen him after a previous urologist who miss diagnosed me. Dr Twiss has a wonderful bedside manor as well as being very knowledgeable. I would recommend Dr Twiss to anyone needing a urologist

Dr Twiss is the most concerned, caring Dr I have come across. I have a very difficult situation and he has not given up on me in 6 years.. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs his type of care !
