Dr. Christian Pavlovich, MD

Dr. Pavlovich is an outstanding physician. Not only is he an extremely knowledgeable doctor but also has a very friendly welcoming manner. After reviewing his credentials I went to him for a second opinion four years ago. Because of the care that he has given me, he has become my urologist.

Dr Pavlovich is an amazingly gifted and talented surgeon who is also a thoughtful and extremely caring Urologist. I had a robotic radical Prostatectomy and my results have been nothing short of miraculous. I had minimal pain and discomfort which were restricted to the period when I had my catheter immediately after surgery. Eight days after surgery when the catheter was removed, I was walking and moving freely without discomfort or any lingering pain or issues. I continue to be way ahead of schedule in my recovery and it is all due to the expertise of Dr Pavlovich as a truly gifted surgeon. I can't recommend him or Johns Hopkins with any greater comfort and enthusiasm.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Pavlovich. I saw him regarding a kidney tumor and quickly took a liking. He is an expert in the field, who also has a great bedside manner. He remained flexible with my particular needs and was highly responsive on the MyChart app. Can’t recommend him enough!

I had robotic radical prostatectomy 12 days ago by Dr Pavlovich and my results so far are just great. I am way ahead of schedule in recovery. I had minimal pain and discomfort (except for 1st 2 days PO dues to GI discomfort) and it is due to the expertise of Dr Pavlovich and the JH OR team. I can't recommend him or JH with greater enthusiasm.

John Hopkins = 4.0 process. Radical prostatectomy with Da Vinci Surgical system by Dr. Pavlovich is the way to go. Minimally evasive; 1 night hospital stay; minimum discomfort - only anti-inflammatories vs. narcotics. Out of bed/on hard food before discharge the next day. Catheter out in a week. Pre-op and post -op notes provided are 100% accurate, so expectations met and exceeded with no surprises. Back to work in 5 weeks with total confidence. Dr. Pavlovich is the Da Vinci Pro!

After my diagnosis in October 2016, we went to Hopkins and was seen by Dr Pavlovich for a second opinion and with his knowledge and assuring manner my wife and I were convinced we made the correct decision and proceeded with the radical prostatectomy. 20 months later my PSA is 0.014 undetectable. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Pavovich to anyone that is in the position of having prostate cancer.

Dr. Pavlovich performed a robotic assisted radical prostatectomy on me just over a year ago. Met with two other surgeons before I met with Dr. Pavlovich and am so glad I did. Surgery was relatively easy as was the recovery. He's an excellent surgeon and very good doctor. Listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions honestly. The surgery went very well; after the first day, I had no pain and could walk! My family and I are thankful of Dr. Pavlovich for the rest of our lives. I had very aggressive ductal prostate cancer, gleason 4+4=8. Dr Pavlovich performed radical robotic prostatectomy in May, 2017. He did an excellent job. In less than 2 months had very little incontenance. Very wuick healing and very little pain. His experience definitely made a difference. I am glad I found him.

This doctor is overrated. Mediocre, uncertain, poor communicator, doesn't do things with any urgency even concerning something as serious as cancer. I'd go to another doctor.
